Raymond Lemoine- Science

I have taught at Cedar Bluffs High School since the fall of 2006. I teach science and coach Jr. High Boys and Girls Basketball. Prior to teaching at Cedar Bluffs I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
When I graduated I considered a career in industry but decided to
stay in Nebraska. I wanted to raise my family where they could fish
from the Platte River and listen to Nebraska football on Saturdays.
I really have a passion for science and I enjoy sharing that
passion with students.
I love teaching students and then seeing them apply what they have
learned in laboratory activities. I hope each of my students will
be engaged in their learning and learn to view the world with a
questioning eye. How does that work? Why did that happen? Simple
questions like these form the foundation for scientific
investigation.
Away from school, I have a lovely wife, Kara, and two awesome boys,
Craig and Colten. I also enjoy video games, hunting, fishing and
football.
