Pres. Kruse opened the special meeting at 4:50. Board Members present were Garlyn Grosse, Deb Kirchmann, Deb Radenslaben, Tina Dibbern and Tom Kruse. Dennis Bittner was excused. Staff member present was Supt. Joel Bohlken.
Attention was given to the NE Open Meetings Act Poster, in the Library’s east entry Door.
Dibbern motioned, second by Radenslaben, to approve the agenda and verify the posting of the agenda. RCV 5:0
Grosse motioned, second by Dibbern, to revise Board Policy immediately, in accordance with Board Policy 9311, due to the time constraints listed in the revised policy. RCV 5:0
Kirchmann motioned, second by Radenslaben, to immediately adopt revised Board Policy 4116-Early Retirement Incentive Program. RCV 5:0
Pres. Kruse adjourned the meeting at 5:10.
