As the District continues to plan for return-to-learn options this fall, one important piece of information includes the desires of and level of comfort with parents and students to return to in-person school this fall. As a result, please complete and return this survey by July 10, 2020. Please note that this survey will not affect any student’s right to an education and will only be used for planning purposes. This survey does not request that you disclose any health or medical information about you or your student(s). However, if your student(s) has an IEP or 504 Plan, we will need to work with your family on providing a safe return-to-school plan to address any safety or health concerns that you may have.
