Pounding the Pavement VIII was a huge success! We spent Wednesday touring San Francisco. We saw and experienced such incredible places. Thursday was spent exploring Yosemite National Park and Pier 39. Friday and Saturday were spent aboard the California Zephyr traveling back to Nebraska.

Senior Banner Pictures will be taken July 18th at 10:30 am. If you will be a senior this upcoming school year please come to have your picture taken. Please speak to your coaches in advance to obtain a uniform if you would like to wear it in the picture. Meet in the high school front entrance. If you are unable to make it at that time please email Mr. Brinkman.

The Wildcat Cross Country Team will be hosting their second mini-camp of the summer on Tuesday, July 12th at Camp Calvin Crest beginning at 7 PM.
University of Nebraska Husker Cross Country/Track and Field personnel will be working individually with each of our runners. Head Cross Country/Distance Coach Matthew Wackerly and Director of Operations Cody Brousek will be providing the individual instruction.
Cost of the camp is $10 per high school student-athlete.
It is not too late to become a member of the 2022 Cross Country team. If you are interested in participating this fall, please contact Mr. Brousek.


Cedar Bluffs Band Camp starts tonight for 6th-12th grade students in band. Meet & Greet with the new band director Mrs. Rehn at 5:30pm followed by band camp. Please enter through the East Doors.

Happy 4th of July Cedar Bluffs! School offices are closed in observance of Independence Day. HS/JH workouts will resume on July 6th. Have a fun and safe 4th!

Peyton Millard of Peachy Plate Nutrition spoke to our Cross Country runners and their parents following Tuesday night's team run at Camp Calvin Crest.
The runners gained valuable information on nutrition and hydration.

The PTO is having a fundraising event at Reinita's restaurant Thursday June 30th starting at 11:00am.

Summer Workout Update:
Tuesday morning, we will have an optional workout for HS students from 7:00-8:00am. No open gyms. MS workouts are cancelled for Tuesday. We will resume a normal workout schedule on Wednesday.
All students participating in high school or junior high sports will need new physicals for the 2022-2023 school year. Physicals can be dated anytime after May 1, 2022 and must be turned into the high school office. Physicals are required before participation in sports during the school year.
