Cedar Bluffs Public Schools

8th - 12th Grade students at our school will have the opportunity to explore Washington, DC during the Summer of 2023! We could use your help with fundraising! Pounding the Pavement, along with the Cedar Bluffs Education Association, sells gift cards. Children in K-12 were given an order form today to give to their families. Orders are due on Tuesday, December 13th by 1 PM. The cards will be delivered by Tuesday, December 20th. Due to forecasted weather this evening, the HS and Middle School Games for tonight have been postponed. The after school program will close at 5pm so all participants can be home by 5:30pm. We anticipate the after school bus will be at the YMCA between 5:15 and 5:30pm. All high school practices will end by 5:15pm. Youth Sport practices are cancelled. Be Safe!

Please remind your student drivers that roads can be slick even if they don't look slick, to slow down and leave plenty of room between vehicles. We live in Nebraska and although they are calling for just a trace of snow tomorrow (December 8), we may get a little ice also, so plan on giving yourself a little extra time in the morning. No one will be counted tardy in the morning within reason - Be Safe.

Good first weekend of wrestling for the wildcats! Addison wrestled Friday night at West Point and the boys competed at Howells-Dodge. Both the boys and girls wrestled hard and got some great experience on the mat. Congrats to Wyatt on earning his first win and to Dale who battled to a third place medal going 3-1 on the day!

Currently our internet along with other schools in are district is down. This unfortunately affects are phones at this time. We will post an update when ever is back up and running.

The high school basketball games for tonight have been cancelled due to worse weather up north and Pender cancelling school. High school teams will be practicing still and the schedule will be communicated by the coaches. The JH Boys Basketball game at Cedar Bluffs is still on for tonight starting at 4pm with the A-Team followed by the B-Team for 2 quarters. Youth sports are still scheduled for tonight. If you are unable to make your practice please contact your coach.
