The Wildcat Cross Country Team wrapped up their last mini-camp of the summer at Camp Calvin Crest on Tuesday evening.
Following our group run, athletic trainer Phil Lutz introduced our program's stretching routine to our runners.
Cross Country begins Monday, August 8th. It is not too late to become a member of our high school team. Contact Mr. Brousek if you are interested.

The Cross Country team continues to prepare for the upcoming 2022 season!
Last week our runners had the opportunity to visit with the Nebraska Husker Cross Country Coaching Staff. This week Barb Bohaty, a licensed massage therapist, worked with our team members on massage techniques runners can use to help keep away the aches and pains of distance running,
Next Tuesday is our last mini-camp of the summer. If a high school student would still like to become a member of the 2022 Wildcat Cross country Team, please contact Mr. Brousek.

Great 3 days of Youth football camp! So many boys became better football players this week! #WildcatPride





Pounding the Pavement VIII was a huge success! We spent Wednesday touring San Francisco. We saw and experienced such incredible places. Thursday was spent exploring Yosemite National Park and Pier 39. Friday and Saturday were spent aboard the California Zephyr traveling back to Nebraska.
