Today we recognize our Kindergarten Teachers and Paras. These women work hard each day teaching our kindergartners! Thank you to Mrs. Chvatal, Ms. Lester, Mrs. Roumph, and Mrs. Egger.

Last week was our first week selling cards from HyVee. A great success as we sold over $900 worth of cards! If you shop at HyVee please consider supporting our students through the Scrip program. It does not cost you anything!
We have cards on hand from HyVee ($20s and $100s), Claire's ($10s), Fannie May Candies ($10s), Foot Locker ($25), Little Caesars ($20), Nike ($25), Papa Murphy's ($10), Payless Shoes, Pizza Hut ($10), Starbucks ($10) Village Inn ($25), and Walmart ($25).
We order cards every Monday and you will receive your cards by Friday.

"Weekly Spotlight" Today we recognize our Preschool Teachers and Paras! This great group of gals teach our little Wildcats everyday with compassion and tenacity.


Mrs. Hegy's 1st grade class was able to experience the art of walking in snow shoes today!

These State Champs/Runner Up girls and coaches have made it home safely. Congrats again to the girls and coaches!


The Cedar Bluffs Cheer team are State CHAMPIONS in Sideline and State Runner-Up in Tumbling! Congrats, girls and coaches!!

The CB Wrestling Mat is all ready for Class D finals!!

HyVee has joined our SCRIP program!
We are excited to announce that HyVee has joined our program. We would like to thank HyVee for their suport of our students. We will be selling HyVe SCRIP cards in $20 and $100 denominations. We now have 2 grocery stores in Fremont that are part of the SCIP program: HyVee and Walmart. If you shop either of theese stores we highly encourage you to use our SCRIP cards instead of cash, check, or debit cards.

No youth wrestling tournament this weekend, 2/17. Youth Wrestling will be extended one week. Practice next week at the normal times with a wrestling tournament on the weekend.

Yesterday we caught Mrs. Woita, Ms. Pitkin, and Mr. Hansen all matching!

"Weekly Spotlight"
Today the focus is on our Activity and Community Sports Directors Mr. Greene and Mr. Beckman. These guys do a lot to keep the kids at Cedar Bluffs active. If you happen to see these two make sure to thank them for all they do!


If you look in the bottom right of this photo you’ll be able to see the NEW CEDAR BLUFFS WRESTLING MAT at State Wrestling! We may not have a wrestler there but we are representing Cedar Bluffs anyways at the CHI Center in Omaha!! It will also be used for the Class D Finals on Saturday! #HaveSomePRIDE Go Cats!


Reminder!
The Food Bank of Lincoln host a mobile food distribution in Cedar Bluffs once a month at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church from 2:30pm-3:30pm. The schedule is as follows: February 14th, March 14th, April 11th, May 9th, June 13th, July 11th, August 8th, September 12th, October 10th, November 14th, December 18th Free for ANY person in need, The Food Bank of Lincoln cooperates with member agencies in Southeast Nebraska to sponsor mobile Food distributions at local sites. Each site includes distribution of some USDA product, so participants must sign the standard income self-verification sheet, but no other documentation is required. Participants are encouraged to bring their own bags and carts if possible.
