Red Ribbon week is October 23-October 31. Red Ribbon Week is a nationwide drug prevention program that highlights the importance of living a drug free life. There will be some fun dress up days next week to go along with red ribbon week and discussions our school counselors will be having with our students.

Junior class visited Mrs. Shanahan's fourth grade class today to read together with Learning Partners.

The Wildcat Marching Band travels to Ashland for the Oxbow Music Festival today. Performance is scheduled for around 4:30pm. Come see a fun and energetic performance today!

So what do you do when your teammate qualifies for the state cross country championship?
You show up on a cold, windy day off from school and run with him as he prepares for next week.
The members of the cross country team have a bond that just makes you proud!
It is always a good day to be a Wildcat!

We are so pleased for Graham and the entire Wildcat Cross Country team! Graham is the first runner to qualify for the NSAA State Cross Country Championship since cross country was brought back to the school three years ago.
Apparel supporting our cross country program will be ordered on Monday, October 16, and distributed by Thursday afternoon.
Order forms are available at area businesses. Order forms can also be found attached to this post.
Order and payment must be received by the high school office by 11:30 on Monday morning. Please make checks payable to Cedar Bluffs Public School.
