April 18, 2023

It is time for Prom 2023! The Cedar Bluffs Junior/Senior Prom will be held at Cedar Bluffs High School on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023.  We will start the night with the Grand March at 7:15. The crowning of King, Queen, Prince, and Princess will take place during this time.  Parents, community members, students, and staff are welcome to attend the Grand March and view the crowning.  Doors will open at 7:00.  We kindly ask, that following the crowning, anyone not attending prom depart so that we can start the dance.  The dance will follow the Grand March from 8:00 – 10:30. Post prom will be held at the auditorium beginning at 11:30 and ending at 2:30.

Entry to Prom is $10 per individual or $15 for a couple.  If a student plans to bring an outside date, they will need to fill out an “Outside Date Request Form.” These forms can be found in the high school office and must be turned in by Thursday, April 20th, 2023.  This form must be on file for entry into Prom. All students, including underclassmen and outside dates, must be in good-standing academically.

Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the dance. No outside food or drink will be allowed. Students must remain in the gym or commons area.  Students will not be permitted to leave the dance early.  The junior class is expected to assist with minimal cleanup from 10:30 – 10:45.

Post prom is hosted by the Junior class parents and not Cedar Bluffs Public Schools. There is a form that students must fill out in order to attend.  These forms can be found in the high school office.
