More information on the COVID-19 virus: https://5il.co/des6

Dear Parents and Students,
The district is monitoring the developing information related to the spread of COVID-19 (commonly referred to as the coronavirus). To date, the district is unaware of any native cases of COVID-19 being reported in our state. However, the district has reviewed its relevant policies and procedures and is confident that it is prepared to respond to any outbreak of communicable disease that may occur. Should this situation interfere with the district’s ordinary operations or schedule, you will be provided notice in the customary fashion.
We encourage you to remain informed about the spread of the coronavirus, and would recommend that you visit the website for the Department of Health and Human Services, http://dhhs.ne.gov/Pages/Coronavirus.aspx, for further information as it develops. We would also encourage you to use this opportunity to remind your students of the importance of getting rest and washing hands, especially during cold and flu season.
thank you

Students in World History studied World War I the past two weeks.

We are happy to announce the annual staff & student basketball game! This year will be a little different as our HS head coaches will be drafting their players, and teams will consist of both staff and students. Come out and support our students and staff on Thursday, March 19th at 6:30 pm.

Hello Families!
Our school is proud to partner with the American Heart Association with Kids Heart Challenge (formerly Jump Rope for Heart). Over the next few weeks, our students will be having fun learning about their hearts with the Heart Heroes while raising money to help fund lifesaving research. In addition to helping the American Heart Association, our school can earn free PE equipment.
Students can earn their own Heart Hero Characters this year by using the new mobile app (download the Kids Heart Challenge app) or visit heart.org/kidsheartchallenge to sign up and raise money online! Just for signing up to save lives, your students will earn a free powerband! Plus, the mobile app brings the Heart Hero keychains and powerband badges to life!
Thank you for helping a great cause!

Here are our Wildcat Pride winners for February. Since it is American Heart Month we also had a visitor from the american heart association present on how to keep your heart healthy. #healthyheart #wildcatpride
