Carter Neubert helped kick off the Nebraska FBLA State Leadership Conference and his candidacy for Nebraska FBLA State Vice President! Have fun and good luck all Wildcats at FBLA State Leadership Conference!

Our school was a recipient of a grant, The Lift Project , Nebraska Local/Indigenous Foods Training. This mini grant helped partner staff and the cafeteria with a UNL coach Beth Nacke, we did a taste testing, cooked with Ms. Rogge, and put on the menu in March. We were given two recipes, Cinnamon roasted fuji apple snaps, and Buffalo Bison topped pizza. Our students helped develop names, marketing materials, to promote the recipes in the school. The picture above is a tray a student made for their lunch. It was well received, and was we were asked to make it a regular menu item.

Congrats to our PRIDE winners from today’s assembly.
